THE VILLA

There are two comfortable sofas, with additional pouffe seating stored in the arm rests. There is a TV, which can receive a good selection of UK terrestrial and some Sky TV channels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, drinks fridge, electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There is a clothes airer and also a washing line and pegs to dry your clothes. There is an ironing board and iron in the kitchen.
There are ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms, and spare pillows and blankets can be found in all the wardrobes. There are double “built in” wardrobes and plenty of drawer space. Hairdryer are supplied in each bedroom.
There is an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom with a shower over the bath and a heated towel rail.

There is a table and chairs on the roof terrace which is a sun trap throughout the year

SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool can be heated during the cooler months but is kept warm by the sun in the summer. If heated there is also a pool cover which keeps the heat in overnight.
The pool is approx 4.2m x 8.5m. The deep end is 1.7m and the shallow end is 0.9m.
GARDEN
There are six sun beds, which can be used by the pool area .
A barbeque, cooking utensils and oven gloves are provided.
